Our facilities
The open plan co-working space is filled with natural light, high quality fixtures and fittings, and indoor plants, so you can get your work done in a pleasant, relaxed and comfortable environment.
We have some comfortable indoor seating, as well as a light-filled sitting space, for when you need a break. A pleasant outdoor space is also available.

The Cape Commons is equipped with high-speed satellite WI-FI internet access.

A photocopier and wireless printer (black & white and colour) is available.

Most of our desks are sit-stand desks. Desks options include some with monitors plus a keyboard and mouse, while others are open space desks which allows you the flexibility to bring your own equipment.

A 2-4 person meeting room can be booked for face-to-face client and online meetings.

A small quiet booth, which seats one person, is available to book for private phone calls and online meetings.

Our kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, fridge, filtered water, kettle and coffee machine. Tea, coffee, and cows milk is restocked regularly.

On street car parking is available at the front of the building as well as on Market Place (50m from entrance). Bikes can be stored at the rear of the building.

There are unisex toilets accessible in the building and while there are no showers on the premises, there are warm showers opposite at the Cape Paterson Surf Lifesaving Club (approximately 400m walk).

Lockable cabinets are available with each desk.

Easy access to the premises is provided via secure pin-coded entry.
Casual desk bookings enable individuals to access the premises, and desk booked, between 7am and 7pm for the day/s booked.
Part-time and full-time bookings have 24 hour access to the premises / their desk.
